Job summary

Versaterm is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape mission-critical systems for Police, Fire, and EMS within a growing public safety SaaS portfolio. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to align outcomes with goals and drive measurable value.

You will drive modernization across CAD/RMS portfolios, influence strategic priorities, and mentor others while delivering high-impact releases and insights that guide product direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or public safety software.
• Hands-on experience using AI to speed up work and drive faster delivery outcomes.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional software initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Leadership in modernization initiatives, including UI redesign or integration of emerging technologies.
• Experience with business cases, pricing strategies and P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi-year strategic vision spanning multiple products or lines.
• Drive portfolio-level innovation and advise on strategic direction by modernizing solutions and expanding customer value.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and drive cohesion across portfolio teams.
• Lead modernization of the user experience and adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
• Mentor and coach team members; represent product org in executive forums.
