A trusted General Contractor & Construction Manager is seeking a Project Manager, Preconstruction to lead the preconstruction phase for their Special Projects division. This role requires extensive experience in tenant improvements and renovations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a proactive approach to identifying issues. The company offers a competitive salary range of CA$110,000.00 - CA$140,000.00 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Project Manager role on Special Projects.
• Strong computer skills including experience using MS Office.
• Solid knowledge of sub-trades and their scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction phase for Special Projects.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the preconstruction phase.
• Evaluate drawings and specifications to identify opportunities, risks, and solutions.
