Job summary

Arctic Arrow is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of power transmission and distribution projects from Abbotsford, BC. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and ensure safety and cost-effectiveness aligned with contracts.

The role calls for strategic PM leadership across large projects, with strong focus on planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. PMP is preferred and 5+ years in a similar role is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical post-secondary completion.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar project management role.
• Experience in powerline construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project scope, schedule and cost for power transmission and distribution work.
• Provide strategic PM leadership for large and complex projects.
• Plan and control all stages of the PM lifecycle and review contracts.
• Develop and monitor construction planning to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide regular progress reports and manage client and stakeholder communications.
• Develop detailed project estimates and schedules; manage permits and compliance.
