Manulife is seeking a Lead Power Platform Solutions Engineer to guide global teams in building secure, scalable Power Platform solutions and promote Microsoft best practices. This role leads business engagement and designs governance to ensure compliant deployments.

You will partner with architects and business units to design deployments, implement governance, and drive adoption across Canada and the U.S., leveraging Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Azure services.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a cloud developer.
• Five years of pro-code development experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
• Five years of experience as a Power Platform or Dynamics solutions architect or lead engineer.
• Two years of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and Power Platform CLI.
• Experience assessing business and security requirements for Power Platform solutions across multiple projects.
• Expert knowledge of Dataverse and Dataverse security, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.

Lead Power Platform Solutions Engineer

Manulife is hiring for an existing vacancy. This role leads business engagement and promotes adoption of the Power Platform using Microsoft best practices and security standards. It also guides teams in defining and designing business AI agents with Copilot Studio.

Work arrangement: Fully remote in Canada or the United States.

• Knowledge of Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Akamai and Power BI (Fabric).
• Experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL, Data Lake, Service Bus and Application Insights.
• Experience designing and developing multiple Dynamics apps in one environment using shared core entities and data.
• Experience with Power Platform administration, including environments, capacity, licensing and custom tooling.

Preferred qualifications

• Power Platform developer or architect certifications.
• Experience in large, complex environments.

Compensation

The posted Canadian salary range is $113,260-$210,340 CAD. Actual compensation varies based on location and role-related factors. Incentive programs and benefits may also be available to eligible employees.
