Join Ontario Health in a strategic, hands‑on role that helps shape performance across a coordinated network of more than 50 public, hospital, and community laboratories.
Reporting to the Manager, Performance Management & Analytics, you will turn complex health data into clear insights that strengthen laboratory services and support better decisions across Ontario.
As Lead, Performance Management, you will guide analysis and reporting for emerging provincial laboratory medicine issues, high‑priority initiatives, and testing programs.
You will develop meaningful visualizations and key performance indicators, connect provincial datasets, identify measurement gaps, and advise on new data collection.
You will also be the primary lead for the Ontario Laboratory Medicine Program’s Key Performance Indicator Framework—working across Ontario Health and with system partners to improve planning, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.
Your work will reveal quality gaps, explain regional and institutional variation, inform executive decisions, and translate complex data challenges into practical action.
