Lead Pastor

We at Burnaby North Baptist Church (www.bnbc.ca) are seeking a new lead pastor, as our previous pastor has retired. This is a full-time salaried position based on 40 hours per week, with flexibility to vary the work schedule as needed to meet the needs of the congregation. The successful candidate will promote spiritual growth and demonstrate Biblical leadership principles through personal practices.

Burnaby North Baptist Church has an average Sunday attendance of about 75, with 10-15 additional viewers via YouTube streaming. Our congregation is diverse, coming from over 15 countries, and varies in culture, income, background, and age. Despite this diversity, we are a close-knit family that looks out for each other and supports one another.
