Job summary

Englobe in Moncton, NB seeks an experienced Geotechnical Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure design projects, mentor engineers, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and P.Eng. eligibility or registration.
• 5–10+ years in municipal infrastructure design, preferably in consulting.
• Strong knowledge of water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater management.
• Proficiency with design and modelling software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, PCSWMM, Bentley hydraulic modelling).
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design of municipal infrastructure projects (sanitary lift stations, WWTF, potable water booster stations, potable water treatment plants).
• Prepare drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents per standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, environmental, structural).
• Support permitting and approvals processes with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical input during procurement, including tendering and bid evaluations.
• Perform site visits and provide design support during construction (RFI responses, clarifications, change reviews).
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, and Englobe’s quality systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
