Job summary

Burly Boyz Moving is hiring experienced commercial drivers to lead our moving crews. As a Driver / Lead Mover, you’ll operate our fleet of 3-ton, 5-ton, and 7-ton trucks, oversee crews on-site, and ensure customer belongings arrive safely and on schedule.

This hands-on leadership role involves directing the crew, loading and unloading, and serving as the main customer contact on moving day. Training covers procedures, software like Jobber and Samsara, and fleet operation to prepare you for

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in commercial driving preferred
• Ability to supervise crews and maintain safety standards

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-ton, 5-ton, and 7-ton trucks and lead on-site crews
• Direct loading/unloading and protect furniture, floors, and doorways
• Be the main customer contact on moving day and complete on-site admin tasks
• Participate in loading, unloading, and moving goods with the crew
• Attend paid onboarding covering procedures and software training
