RBC is seeking a Lead mobile designer to shape user experiences across digital products. The role demands expertise in native mobile design, particularly on iOS and Android platforms, and a strong grasp of design systems. Product Designers shape the experiences we create through each of our digital products. As a Lead mobile designer on our team, you are an expert at native mobile design particularly iOS and Android platforms. You are also an expert with design systems and can leverage platforms from iOS and Android to extend and refine RBC’s mobile design system.
You have a familiarity with research methodologies to identify and conduct ongoing research to gather feedback that can be incorporated into designs in order to make data driven decisions. Comfortable within agile team environments and an iterative process, you’ll be collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders as you analyze, design and convey your mobile design vision. A natural problem solver, communicator and facilitator, you’ll be involved in every step of the process from idea generation to implementation.
