The salary range for this position is $90,770 (min) to $113,462 (midpoint) to $130,48 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Interior Health typically establishes salaries within the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
The Lead, Medical Staff Retention & Experience (Lead) role is responsible for leading the development, coordination and evaluation of multipronged medical staff retention initiatives to facilitate the achievement of the strategic goals and objectives of Interior Health (IH). The Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of projects and initiatives to build medical staff and operational capacity in support of medical staff retention within Interior Health. The Lead reports to the Manager, Medical Staff Retention & Experience and proactively leads projects to resolve issues; improve processes; and integrate systems that support the efficient and effective medical staff retention initiatives. Works across the Medicine portfolio and with key partners to create a welcoming process to support a medical staff member’s life cycle, including support for key lifecycle moments to maintain and ensure overall positive experience.
