Job summary

The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency in Saskatoon is seeking a Chief Medical Dosimetrist to lead the Dosimetry team within Medical Physics and supervise daily planning and treatment planning activities for cancer patients.

You will ensure provincial standardization with the second site, maintain high safety and quality, and mentor staff while coordinating with radiation oncologists and physicists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree/diploma in Radiation Therapy required.
• Leadership and clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Certification in CDC or CMD within 5 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the dosimetry team daily.
• Ensure high quality, safe treatment plans for cancer patients.
• Promote provincial standardization with the second site.
