Pitt Meadows Plumbing & Mechanical Systems Ltd. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent for a conversion project in Downtown Calgary. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment, and ensure work aligns with schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates bring Red Seal certification and 10+ years in mechanical construction, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Competitive compensation and full benefits are offered.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, coordinating subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Lead the site team and develop short- and long-term schedules with Construction Management.
• Plan tasks for Forepersons and Journeypeople; establish standard site hours.
• Ensure scheduling, inspections, QA/QC and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor sub-trade work and report progress against the project schedule.
