Qualifications
Five or more years of project engineering experience in the field of mechanical building services.
Direct experience with High Rise Tower construction in British Columbia would be considered an asset.
LEED certification / Experience implementing sustainable design (LEED projects) is an asset.
Responsibilities
Develop all system engineering concepts and review design in terms of construction budgets.
Ensure proper coordination of documents with internal and external project teams.
Prepare and monitor a schedule of tasks required to complete the project.
