A Canadian engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver comprehensive project solutions in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing engineering concepts, coordinating with teams, and ensuring project timelines are met. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in tools like Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP. Qualifications

• Five or more years of project engineering experience in the field of mechanical building services.
• Direct experience with High Rise Tower construction in British Columbia would be considered an asset.
• LEED certification / Experience implementing sustainable design (LEED projects) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop all system engineering concepts and review design in terms of construction budgets.
• Ensure proper coordination of documents with internal and external project teams.
• Prepare and monitor a schedule of tasks required to complete the project.
