Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and initiatives.
