Support project planning activities, including development of execution strategies, resourcing plans, and workshare models where appropriate.

Ensure engineering activities are executed in accordance with Worley management systems, applicable codes and standards, and client specifications.

Proactively manage scope changes in accordance with approved change‑management processes and communicate impacts to schedule and budget.

Oversee the development and checking of instrumentation and control engineering deliverables, including:

  • Instrument specifications and datasheets

Ensure technical integrity of designs through participation in internal reviews, interdisciplinary reviews, and client design reviews.

Coach and mentor junior and intermediate Instrumentation Engineers and Designers, supporting their technical development and professional growth.

Foster a collaborative, safety‑focused, and high‑performance team culture aligned with Worley values.

Working knowledge of common instrumentation technologies and selection, including:

  • Flow measurement (orifice, vortex, venturi, magnetic, ultrasonic)
  • Level measurement (radar, guided wave radar, displacers, gauges)
  • Temperature measurement (including thermowell design and wake frequency calculations)
  • Pressure measurement and control

Familiarity with engineering data management systems and project delivery tools (e.g., SAP, document management systems, engineering databases).

Qualifications & Experience
