Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
- Minimum of 12 ECE units.
- Meet state requirements for background checks, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
- Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
- Complete extensive training on child care topics and development.
- Implement our proprietary curriculum with creative, interactive learning experiences.
