Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Canada is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Infant/Toddler) to provide a warm, home-like environment for children 6 weeks to 3 years old, collaborating with teachers and families to implement BrightPath’s curriculum.

This role emphasizes child development, family communication, and classroom care; we offer a 40% childcare discount, professional development, RRSP with company match, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• ECE Infant Toddler Certificate is required.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum for infants/t toddlers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Assess children’s abilities and discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Establish collaborative relationships with families, co-workers, and management.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Support well-being and development of children in care.
• Other duties as assigned.
