Job summary

Responsibilities
Lead daily activities for infants and toddlers.
Develop and implement supportive child care programs.
Provide essential care including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Assist in developing self-care skills in children.
Supervise early childhood educators and assistants.
Build collaborative relationships with other employees.
Monitor children’s behavior and development.
Communicate with parents about child progress.
