• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues across commercial and industrial systems.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and minimize downtimes.
• Maintains and repairs rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and supermarket refrigeration units.
• Ensure proper operation of HVAC and Energy Management Systems through routine checks and repairs.
• Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices; communicate service outcomes to customers.
• Coordinate service calls, track refrigerant levels and parts inventory, submit warranty claims.
• Maintain company vehicles and ensure compliance with policies.
