Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an established Health & Safety Advisor with 5+ years of pipeline safety experience. This site-based role supports diverse projects, implements HSE programs, and collaborates with field teams to meet Ledcor safety standards.

You will lead safety trainings, perform audits, and ensure regulatory compliance across project sites in Alberta. Travel to multiple sites is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience within the pipeline industry.
• Must hold a CRSP, Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or NCSO designation.
• Experience with pipeline construction and/or maintenance projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Advise operations on the Health and Safety Management System throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site safety communications.
