Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Supervisor, Heavy Equipment to lead the grooming and heavy equipment operation team on the mountain. You will plan and execute tasks such as grooming, grading, excavating, and revegetating, while mentoring operators and serving on the Mountain Operations leadership team.

Requirements include 5+ years in heavy equipment and mountain work, a valid Class G license, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment and mountain operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to operate a snow cat and perform basic maintenance is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead grooming and heavy equipment operation team on the mountain.
• Provide mentorship and daily guidance to Mountain Operations staff.
• Oversee grooming on steep pitches and assist with other general maintenance tasks.
• Operate company vehicles as needed in designated and remote areas.
