Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Supervisor, Heavy Equipment for Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario. This seasonal, overnight role oversees grooming and heavy equipment tasks, mentoring operators, and coordinating mountain operations to ensure a pristine landscape for summer and winter guests.
Experience leading heavy equipment teams, operating snow cats, and maintaining equipment is required. A valid G license and ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts are essential.

Supervisor, Heavy Equipment leads the grooming & heavy equipment operation team in planning and executing a variety of on mountain equipment tasks. These tasks include grooming, grading, excavating, revegetating, operating heavy equipment on steep pitches, and mentoring and training operators. When not in equipment they participate as an equal member of the Mountain Operations leadership team in solving problems, supporting our team, and achieving our goal, to provide a beautiful and sustainable landscape for both our summer and winter guests to enjoy.
