Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is seeking a Heavy-Duty Red Seal Mechanic to strengthen our BC Interior team. You will oversee maintenance for a Ready-Mix fleet and manage a small team of mechanics, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Red Seal or Provincial Certification required.
• Experience in the Ready-Mix field is an asset.
• Proficient with diagnostic software and Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for Ready-Mix fleet, including mixer trucks and wheel-loaders.
• Maintain fleet records per provincial regulations and documentation.
• Oversee a team of mechanics and maintenance staff (journeyman and apprentices).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
