Microworks is hiring a skilled handyman for Metro Vancouver. Lead Handyman role offers autonomy, a fully stocked high-roof Ford Transit van, and top pay with bonuses for additional work.

You will handle drywall, carpentry, painting, and repairs on residential projects, log notes and photos in our CRM, and grow into leadership as the company expands. Regular daytime hours and strong support await you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on residential trade experience.
• Red Seal or Journeyperson ticket is an asset, but not required.
• Clean Class 5 license and comfortable driving a full-size van.

Responsibilities

• Complete 1 to 2 booked jobs per day including drywall, trim, rot repair, finishing carpentry, painting, assembly and general residential repairs.
• Spot and price extra work on-site and log notes, materials and photos through our CRM app.
• Represent Microworks with pride in every home you enter.

The Work:

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years hands-on residential trade experience
• Red Seal or Journeyperson ticket an asset, but not required
• Strong general skills across carpentry, drywall, painting, and repair
• Clean Class 5 license, comfortable driving and parking a full-size van
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working full days
• Lives within North Van, West Van, Vancouver, Burnaby, New West, PoCo, or Coquitlam
• Friendly, professional, and reliable, the kind of person people trust in their home
