Responsibilities

• Complete diverse residential projects including repairs, installations, carpentry, drywall touch-ups, trim, rot repair, painting and assembly.
• Identify and upsell additional work during homeowner walkthroughs for commission bonuses.
• Run your route independently with strong time management and organized van.
• Deliver 5-star service, manage client expectations, and maintain clean, premium workmanship.
• Log notes and photos in the CRM to close out projects efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong, proven experience as a general residential handyman (repairs, installations, and light carpentry).
