How You'll Perform the Role

• Coordinate shipping of material in and out of warehouse, process bill of ladings and check computer system for orders and inventory.
• Perform cycle counts as required to verify inventory.
• Operate forklift, when required, to assist in picking and loading activities.
• Perform Material Handler tasks as and when required.
• Coordinate the disposal of expired or rejected/damaged materials.
• Assign any incomplete orders to material handlers for completion.
• Perform daily audit check of shipping and filing of report.
• Lift and move product/parts/boxes when required.
• Assist in the selection, training, and motivation of warehouse personnel.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the Warehouse.
• Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

What We Need From You

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum 2–3 years related Warehouse experience.
• Good English Communication Skill (verbal and written).
• Must be proficient with email and have a working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of RF scanner is required.
• Certified forklift driver with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
