As our Shop / Field Lead Hand , you'll play an integral role in assisting the Shop Supervisor with day-to-day planning, organization, and workflow. You may also perform major diagnostics and repairs. You are responsible for providing the highest quality of leadership and service, and for complying with the company's established policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for developing and coaching apprentices.
