Finning Canada is hiring Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technicians to join its mobile response team across Saskatchewan. This role involves hands-on diagnostics and repairs of Caterpillar equipment at various client locations, offering autonomy and variety in field-based mechanical work. Ideal candidates are Red Seal-certified technicians prepared to handle a wide range of machinery challenges in a mobile environment.

What You’ll Need

• Journeyperson HET certification (Red Seal preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel throughout Saskatchewan
• Experience with Caterpillar diagnostics and systems (SIS, ET)
• Ability to work a 7x7 continuous shift

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Training in Finning S-Levels, Tier 4 systems, or machine controls
• Component rebuild experience (engines, transmissions, hydraulics)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to support field sales opportunities
• Experience in power generation or gas engine repair
