Job summary

GDI Services (Canada) LP is seeking a full-time janitorial teammate to clean and disinfect washrooms, cafeterias and offices, and to report maintenance needs. The role requires working outdoors in varying weather and standing for long periods.

A background check is required and accommodation is provided upon request. Applicants with prior cleaning or janitorial experience and the ability to work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect washrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in cafeteria areas, including wiping tables, chairs and counters
• Empty garbage and recycling bins: replace liners
• Clean office spaces: dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Additional duties as required.
