  • Monitor and manage case progress and activity in Workday and ensure employees and external vendors meet documentation requirements while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive medical information.
  • Complete and submit required documentation: claims forms to external vendors, reporting required for applicable occupational incident related claims, as well as completing required operational reporting and filing
  • Develop and update guidelines, process materials, and employee or leader resources in response to legislative, vendor, program, and/or business changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all activities due to the highly sensitive nature of the role.
  • Educate People Leaders, employees, and HR stakeholders on disability management and accommodation programs, roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Analyze vendor and program data to identify trends, service issues, and opportunities to strengthen claim management, employee experience, and program governance.

  • Manage applicable U.S. parental leave cases and coordinate with internal and external partners to support consistent administration and employee guidance.
