Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of its SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end, ensuring scalable solutions and best practices while mentoring the team.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-performance, secure software for an international client base, driving innovation and maintaining competitive edge in a fast-moving Insurtech landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer leading complex SaaS apps.
• At least 2 years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Backend: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Frontend: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Cloud: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture.
• TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
• DDD principles for modular architecture.
• Web security and regulatory compliance experience.
• Performance optimization for high-traffic apps.
• Container tech and cloud infra familiarity.
• Agile, cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive debugging.
• Strong communication across diverse teams.
• Passion for staying updated with trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software.
