Job summary

CoverGo Limited is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer in Vancouver to guide the design, implementation and maintenance of our global no-code insurance SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end teams, mentor engineers, and help scale the system for a growing user base.

You will work with an international, diverse team and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver secure, high-performance software across health, life and P&C insurance

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer leading SaaS applications.
• 2+ years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Proficient in back-end: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Proficient in front-end: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance SaaS platform.
• Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end.
• Mentor junior developers and drive coding standards.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering for scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance for high-traffic applications.
• Lead code reviews and address bugs promptly.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and best practices.
• Design scalable architecture to grow with user base.
