Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS insurance platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end teams, ensuring scalable, high-quality software and a seamless user experience.

You will mentor junior engineers, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with product and design to deliver innovative solutions. A strong emphasis on performance, security, and modern tech practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack experience in SaaS environments.
• At least 2 years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Strong backend with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Strong frontend with Javascript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture.
• Proficient in TDD and frontend/backend testing.
• Knowledge of DDD, web security, and compliance.
