Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer in Mississauga, ON to drive full stack development using Angular/TypeScript and Spring Boot. You will design, build, and support scalable APIs and microservices, collaborating with stakeholders and guiding teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, with relocation to the Mississauga area and onsite work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full stack development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript development.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices development.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting APIs.
• Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud technologies, including Apigee, AWS, Rancher or Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, people interaction, and self-leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

We are seeking a Lead Developer with strong full stack development experience to join our team. Work Model and Location

This is an onsite position. The exact job location is Mississauga, ON, and relocation is allowed. Client interviews may be required before candidate finalization.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $64K – $90K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
