This role leads day-to-day on-site decisions and has a clear growth path toward a Project Superintendent, with mentorship and opportunities across diverse projects. The journey emphasizes safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on residential/commercial experience.
• Strong framing and finish carpentry skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Good judgment to escalate to Project Manager when needed.
• Experience leading a small crew or senior tradesperson.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with crew on residential and commercial sites.
• Perform framing and finish carpentry tasks.
• Read drawings and catch issues early.
• Keep job moving and make on-site decisions.
• Coordinate tasks with subs and suppliers.
• Maintain safe site per OH&S practices.
