You Must Have

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Minimum of 1+ years of proven leadership and management skills

We Value

• Previous technical/installation experience in building automation
• Previous technical/installation experience in building fire and security
• Strong knowledge of building operations and codes
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
• Previous exposure to a site-based, construction environment
