Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Possess or be eligible for PQS or CET designation.
• Demonstrate 5+ years of estimating experience on ICI construction projects over $50M.
• Apply extensive knowledge of estimating methods, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Utilize estimating software including Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project and preconstruction teams.
• Influence project strategy from budgeting through tender close.
• Participate in value engineering and project development initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Support post-tender negotiations and preconstruction planning activities.
• Maintain estimating databases and historical costs.
