Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore Winnipeg is seeking a Lead Environmental Technician to lead mould, asbestos, and environmental remediation projects, supervise field crews, and ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards.

The role offers on-site leadership, on-call rotation for emergencies, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance into senior leadership positions. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental remediation or restoration experience
• Experience leading field crews
• Strong knowledge of mould remediation and asbestos abatement
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to wear full PPE and respiratory protection when required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead mould, asbestos, and environmental remediation projects
• Establish and maintain containment and environmental controls
• Set up and monitor negative air systems
• Perform remediation and selective demolition when required
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Train, guide, and support field crews
• Complete site documentation and reporting
• Lead and support emergency restoration projects and on-call rotations
