Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Engineer Racking. Located in Brampton, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Engineer Racking will oversee the design, development, and implementation of steel racking systems. Responsibilities include project management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our racking solutions.

Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and developing steel racking systems and other material storage solutions
  • Professional Engineer with a valid stamp in at least one Canadian Province
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing racking and racking systems
  • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is a plus
