North America Construction (1993) Ltd. – NAC Constructors Ltd. in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a full-time Electrical Project Manager (309A) with high voltage installation experience to lead Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects.

The PM oversees health, wealth & safety of the project, and guides the team toward successful delivery in a dynamic construction environment. The role requires strong leadership, client communications, and a proactive approach to project planning,

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree or diploma required.
• 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with exposure to heavy construction projects.
• PM certification is an asset.
• Experience with facility commissioning/automation and closeout is an asset.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed work plans, project schedules, estimates and resource plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project teams to achieve goals and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Assist with pricing extras and track changes to the project.
• Generate and review RFIs and oversee the equipment control log.
• Review O&M documents and ensure owner communications, training plans, schedules and sign-offs.
• Ensure the quality control program meets project requirements and monitor margins.
