North America Construction (1993) Ltd. – NAC Constructors Ltd. (NAC) is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for high voltage work on Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects in the Greater Toronto Area. The PM drives project health, safety and execution from concept to delivery.

The PM leads the team, manages submittals, RFIs, schedules, budgets and owner communications, ensuring quality and on-time completion. PM certification is an asset, as is >5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree/diploma required; PM certification is an asset.
• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager on heavy construction projects.
• Proven project management experience; ability to manage scope, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead project teams to meet goals, schedules and quality targets.
• Assist with pricing changes and track variations to the contract.
• Generate and review RFIs and maintain subcontractor communications.
• Oversee equipment logs, reviews manuals and operating procedures.
• Review O&M manuals and ensure proper sign-offs and documentation.
• Maintain owner communications, training plans and project sign-offs.
• Ensure the quality control program aligns with project requirements.
• Monitor project margins and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with project teams and superintendents.
• Lead close-out activities, warranty processes and lessons learned.
