• Provide operational leadership for educator-facing services, including classification, professional learning validation, bursary administration, and workforce supports.
• Lead day-to-day service delivery to ensure timely, accurate responses to educator inquiries and service requests.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and service standards for consistent educator services.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and support coordinated delivery.
