Magic Mountain Childcare in Airdrie, Alberta, seeks a qualified caregiver for mat leave coverage at our Sierra Spring Magic Mountain location. The role emphasizes strong leadership, classroom management, and excellent communication with families.

The ideal candidate will hold Alberta Child Care Certification Levels 2 or 3, be fluent in English, and bring experience in childcare. You will lead engaging programs, ensure safety, and collaborate with colleagues to support child development.

Qualifications

• Prior childcare/daycare experience is required.
• Level 2 or 3 Child Care Certification (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, adaptable, and fluent in English
• Proficiency in computer applications and administrative systems
• Knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulations (preferred)
