Job summary

Little Wild Early Learning INC is seeking a lead ECE to guide a nature-based 3-5 year old program in a James Bay daycare. The candidate will train before the current staff depart, and work with the team to care for up to 19 children daily.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:30am-4:30pm, starting September 21st, 2026. A valid ECE Licence is required; local candidates only. Salary is $23-26/hr with a $6 wage enhancement, plus dental, extended health care, life and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Basic ECE
• CRC clearance
• First aid or higher certification preferred
• Experience not required but beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead ECE for a nature-based 3-5 year old program.
• Collaborate with manager and staff to care for up to 19 children daily.
• Foster strong relationships with families and staff; promote outdoor learning.
