Job summary

Hertz is seeking a full-time Lead Driver in Calgary to drive Hertz cars and perform vehicle prep tasks. Compensation includes $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 Lead Pay, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm schedule.

The role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Perks include on-the-job training and potential career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 20 years old.
• Flexibility in scheduling which may include weekends and holidays.
• Background screen required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attendance record.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Infleeting (stickering vehicles, PDIs including removing plastic, torquing wheels, Geo tab installation).
• Defleeting (removing installed Geo tabs, inspections, turnback process).
• Assist with QCS and body damage entries in the system.

Job description

As a full time Lead Driver you will have the opportunity to drive Hertz cars while getting paid! Your general responsibilities include but are not limited to: Infleeting (stickering vehilces, conducting PDIs including removing plastic, torquring wheels, Geo tab installation); Defleeting (removing installed Geo tabs, Inspections, turnback process) as well as assisting with QCS and body damage entries in the system.

Wage: $15.50 per hour + $1.50 per hour Lead Pay.

Schedule: Monday to Friday Mornings 8am - 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 20 years old.

• Must be able to complete a background screen.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with high energy.
• Excellent attendance record is a must. strong English reading and writing skills required.
