Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior/Team Lead Full Stack Application Developer to join a leading North American customs brokerage company. The role requires staying hands-on while providing day-to-day technical leadership and coordinating offshore resources, with no formal people management initially.

This is a hybrid role with two onsite days per week in Etobicoke, Toronto area, and a strong emphasis on guiding delivery across backend and frontend teams.

Qualifications

• Strong C#/.NET for backend apps and APIs
• Strong Angular + TypeScript for frontend development
• Full stack delivery experience and ability to guide others technically
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, indexing, database design
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools for troubleshooting and productivity
• 5+ years strongly preferred (overall leadership ability is the key)
• Nice to have: knowledge in thread programming and reflection
