RBC Wealth Management is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives and drive requirements delivery for RBC Direct Investing. You will collaborate with Product, Delivery Design, Development, and Architecture teams while guiding junior BAs.
You will model high-level requirements, support discovery sessions with stakeholders, and help road-map program activities. Strong communication and financial domain knowledge are essential.

You will be responsible for leading business analysis activities on Strategic initiatives on medium to large size projects within RBC Wealth Management for RBC Direct Investing. The role demonstrates expert knowledge and ability and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guides other professionals.
The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support.
The role will function alongside the leads from the related project disciplines (Product/DeliveryDesign/Development/Architecture) and the Direct Investing Business strategy team for any early start & discovery work on new Strategic program level work.
