Digital First for Health (DFfH) is central to transforming the healthcare system to be integrated, sustainable, and patient-centered. Digital capabilities such as virtual care, online appointment booking, digital access, connected tools for providers, and data analytics are essential.
The Lead, Digital Health Innovation and Transformation, will coordinate digital health activities within a specific regional cluster, collaborating with team members across Ontario Health Central Region.
This role is regional, focusing on regional needs and partnerships, including OHTs and other stakeholders in the designated geographic area.
