Job description

Frontline employees engage and support all companies to leverage EcoVadis solutions in order to foster continuous improvement of sustainable business practices in global supply chains. To achieve this aim our sales team is looking for a highly-motivated, tenacious, and self-starter to join our sales team. If you are interested in being part of something extraordinary and like working alongside people who are smart, organized, thorough, and take pride in initiating meaningful relationships with future customers, then this is the team for you.

Specific Responsibilities include :

  • Contacting / qualifying leads and sourcing discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Evangelizing the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of companies
  • Leveraging your teammates ( marketing) to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive prospect meetings in regional areas
  • Maintaining an activity (emails, calls, LinkedIn) volume with the intent to qualify leads and contribute to pipeline growth
  • Meeting or exceeding your quota
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Recording and documenting all communication and meetings booked in in order to identify trends for improvement
  • Reporting results on a weekly basis, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Quarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to all key stakeholders
  • Leveraging social networks for sales opportunities and leads

Qualifications

You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and build a career in sales and marketing. You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work proactively and autonomously.

Specific qualifications for the role include :

  • Undergraduate university degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and / or Marketing
  • Experience working in Sustainability, CSR or B2B Procurement would be a plus
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work well in an international team environment in a fast-growing business.
