Job summary

If is seeking a Lead Developer to drive technical leadership across a Nordic-focused team, located in Turku (Kupittaa) or Espoo (Keilaniemi). You will blend hands-on coding with solution ownership, overseeing design, development, testing, deployments, and production support for React/Next.js frontends and .NET/C# backend services.

You will mentor engineers, guide architecture, and improve delivery through CI/CD and Azure DevOps. English fluency is required; Nordic language knowledge is a plus.

You will act as the primary technical contact for the team, supporting technical analysis, guiding implementation decisions, and helping ensure solutions are maintainable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.You will contribute throughout the full software lifecycle, from analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployments, and production support. You will help drive technical objectives and architectural decisions, support story refinement, identify dependencies and risks, and promote engineering best practices within the team.The team's solutions include modern React and Next.js applications, .NET/C# backend services, and Azure-hosted platforms.
